🌠 Fallout 3 Dlc Not Working Xbox One

I own GOTY edition and it doesn't install DLC when I load the disc, just base game. I've had to both use the xbox store to search each individual DLC and push install (it recognized that I owned them). I've also had to open the base game and use the "manage add ons" option to individually install each dlc. I bought the regular version of this game in early February of this year. Just recently I bought the season pass when it was on sale. Checked both in game and on steam (in 2 different locations) and it says everything is installed and enabled (though oddly it never Fallout 3 GOTY Edition DLC's not showing up in the main game. So I had bought Fallout 3 GOTY Edition fairly recently and have played it well over two weeks. The problem started a few days ago when all of a sudden one of my dlc's gets uninstalled. So i went to my games and apps, found out which dlc was uninstalled and reinstalled it no problem. z4GK.
